Online Camp Registration Process

Click here to be directed to our online registration page. Please fill out the online form and you will be registetered electronically. This is the easiest and fastest method to register your child in our summer camp. If you are a UBC Alumni you can enter in the discount code "UBCACARD" during the registration process to receive your 10% off discount. You will need to bring your ACard on the first day of camp to confirm your eligibility for this discount.

Offline Camp Registration Process

Please consider registering online. It is the fastest and easiest way to register and allows us to keep our administrative costs low. Otherwise, please follow the steps below to register for the Young Explorers Summer Day Camp:

1. Please contact the Garden at 604-822-3928 to reserve a spot and provide payment for one or more summer camp weeks (2 weeks maximum per child). Please speak directly to a Garden staff member: email and voice-mail messages will not suffice to hold your spot.

2. Complete the Summer Camp Registration Package and send via mail, fax or email (see contact details below). Upon receiving the completed registration package the Garden will contact you, confirming registration. Please note that the camp will be filled on a 'first-come-first serve basis'. Your child is not guaranteed a spot(s) in the Young Explorers Summer Day Camp until you have received this confirmation.

3. One week prior to the start of your scheduled summer camp week(s), you will receive a reminder email with any additional information necessary for participants.

4. If you are unable to register your child in a specific week, your name may be placed on a waiting list. Every effort will be made to find room in an alternative week.

One month's notice: 1 month prior to the registered camp week(s), registrants may cancel and receive a full refund less a $45 administration fee.

Two week's notice: 2 weeks prior to the registered camp week(s), registrants may cancel and receive a 50% refund less a $45 administration fee.
