Thanks, Knox. This is a combination of long exposure time and panning the camera.

Actually I'd like to eat crow. Not bad if they are young. The critique of the terraformed afforested ponderosa pine on Mars being blown by thousand kmph winds is unwarranted as there is available an immediate link to a real bona fide P.pine in its glory and a delicate study of its bark.
