    Hi
brand new to the forum. I attached 3 photos or attempted to. I have a large rosemary bush close to one of the red maples. it isn't doing as well as the other ones and wondered if the rosemary bush needed to be moved? I've propagated the plant so if it was removed I can replant somewhere else. thanks in advance for any assistance.
the last picture shows growth on the branches but have been told it is not a fungus. is there anything I need to do about it? thanks again

Yes, I believe competition with such a sturdy close neighbour may be a little bit overwhelming to your little Maple tree. Perennial Rosemary has a very strong root system, you shall see it when you dig the plant out.
    Welcome to the forum!

Last pic shows lichen on the bark - harmless, just proves you have nice, clean unpolluted air.
