I think this is Araucaria something, but I can't find anything that matches it. Its habit looks like it should be the one called "candelabra pine", which is Araucaria angustifolia, common name Paraná pine, but the leaf photos I'm seeing don't look like these. Is that just because it's young?

This was either inside the fence to Wahiawa Botanical Garden on Oahu, or it was some other fence along the road to the garden.

I've just come across another set of photos from the same area, but I'm not sure if they're the same kind of tree or is it another Auraucaria I can't identify. Is this Araucaria cunninghamii, Hoop pine? I'm looking at Forest and Kim Starr's photo of that.

I'd agree with Araucaria cunninghamii. Which of course shouldn't be called a pine (Pinus) at all.
