We brought our lemon tree inside to a sunny spot to protect it for the winter. We now see silvery patches on the upper surface of the leaves. Photo 1. Also notice someone has been chewing the leaves - second picture, and I don't think it is my husband! Advice please.

    The pictures didn't appear.

Silvery patches on the tops of the leaves might indicate thrips.
