whistler vine

Hi , I live in whistler British Columbia. I am looking for a climbing vine that can live in this environment. i would prefer it to be ever green. Any suggestions?

Euonymus fortunei 'Radicans', 'Vegetus' or 'Coloratus', but they require
a rough surface such as wood, brick or stone.
