Here are some more photos of plants from my new place. I don't know what they are and would appreciate some help. 1. This is tall white flower in bloom now that is about 1.5 metres high. 2. This is a purple flower about a metre tall which seems to be just finishing blooming now. 3. This is a shrub which bloomed with pink flowers about three or four weeks ago. 4. The old owners told me that this was some type of nut tree or bush but they didn't know what kind. There have been no blooms on it so far although it is not very old and currently stands about a metre.
1. Looks like Phlox paniculata. http://www.google.co.uk/images?hl=e...=UTF-8&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&biw=1255&bih=537 2. Looks like Linaria purpurea. http://www.google.co.uk/images?q=Li...&source=og&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wi&biw=1255&bih=537 3. Looks like Escallonia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Escallonia 4. Looks like a Viburnum sp. I suspect that it has been pruned. Normally they are very large and would have flowers. No nuts though!
