jade plant - full of little flies

I have a jade plant on my desk, and it is constantly breeding what looks like fruit flies, but a little bigger. The plant is thriving. I have also stuck a Xmas cactus into the same pot, and it is also thriving. How can I get rid of the flies?

Fungus gnats by the sounds of it.
