After receiving a few suggestions that the list of forums was too long and possibly confusing, I've reordered, tidied and merged some forums. There are now three distinct areas: forums administration, UBC Botanical Garden topics, and last but not least, the Plant Enthusiast area. The latter now includes what was previously under "Plants by Groups" and "Gardening, Plants and Natural History by Region". Gone are forums for Coastal BC, Interior BC, Northern BC, Native Plants of PNW - these have all been merged into "The Pacific Northwest of North America", as there wasn't enough traffic to justify dividing things so finely. Also gone is California - the posts have been lumped into the HortBoard. Shrubs - General and Trees - General have been combined into the broader category "Woody Plants", and that category now also contains all of the "Plants by Groups" forums, including Maples. Added are groups for conifers and roses, since there have been enough questions lately in these areas to justify them. Older threads will be categorized into these topics soon.
