Hi! When I purchased this plant, the woman working at the nursery told me it was a colanchoe. However, after looking up images and information about colanchoes, that doesn't seem correct.

My plant's leaves are soft and velvety but also very stiff. The stalk is palm-like. It also seems to be a desert-type of plant; it doesn't need much water and definitely likes the sun.

    Any ideas?
