Identification: Help in identifying this plant!

    I have had this tree for a few years and the stems just started falling off. The soil is moist but not soaked. What am I missing?? Please help

    Looks like Polyscias fruticosa, Ming Aralia.

    Thanks for the reply.....looks like I might be overwatering. Can these recover easily and are there any steps to take like cutting rotting flesh off the trunk to help it???
