I would love to have some baby beets fot pickling - however its not easy to find the really small ones- so I thought of growing them ( starting now) in the greenhouse ( in large containers)- Is it possible, or is this a bad idea?
If its alright - what may I need- size pots - soil- potting soil- and temperature....
    thanks

    Hi Marinka,
I have some beets in my own greenhouse just added 2 weeks ago and they go very well...My mum says: "Very important thing is to keep Temperature in daytime + 12-16 and nighttime +6-8, and everything will be very cool"
Good luck with your beets in your greenhouse!!!
