    Species now Cupressus nootkatensis, syn. Callitropsis nootkatensis, Xanthocyparis nootkatensis.

    That is a lovely plant. Now is this plant related to the Leyland Cypress? I'm learning...
    How tall & wide does this plant get?

    Check Stanley & Sons Nursery Karalyn. They have information for most anything. If not there, try The American Conifer Society/ The British Conifer Society 'Conifer Database' with dropdown menus or simply type in the name of any cultivar.

    Yellow coloring barely expressed in these views. Stock sold here is more yellow. Not as yellow as a good strong yellow form should be, but definitely much more yellow than plant shown, which only has some yellow on extreme tips - hardly more than the natural paleness of the newest growth of a non-yellow specimen.

    Yes. Nootka Cypress is one of the parents of Leyland Cypress, the other parent being Monterey Cypress Cupressus macrocarpa.
