    Hello,
I have orange, red, and yellow developed peppers fruits that do not want to change the color from green. Should I cut them green or wait until they change? They stopped growing and I don't have experience with peppers to know what to do.
    Thanks in advance

My experience is that (similar to tomatoes) the fruit will take a while to change colour after it reaches it's full size and 'stops growing'

I would leave them for a few weeks and you should see them start to change colour gradually. It usually happens on one side or on the shoulders of the fruit then slowly migrates to the rest of the fruit.

Leave them be. I grow all sorts of peppers and I've found, especially with bell peppers like yours, that there's a week or so between cessation of growth and maturation. Like Anne says, you should notice the blush on the sunward side of the pepper first, followed by the rest of the fruit.

Anne58 and lorax, thank you very much for the answers! I will wait for peppers to change in color.
