Identification: Please Help id this and tell me its not poisonous?

Can someone here identify this plant?? Its a tree, that usually people grow indoors. The reason I need to know is because my little nephew was eating it earlier this morning, and we don't know how else to try and identify it so we can do research to see it its poisonous. She called her doctor, and he said to bring him in if he (nephew) starts having symptoms. But I can't stop worrying about it and want to do some reasearch if I could just figure out what its called. All your help would be much appreciated. Thanks Cait.
