Looking for ideas from you brainiacs.

We are jetting an 8000 hot tub installed in the back yard. We will have an arbor/pergola/covered area?? over the hottub so if feels more private, and is better for sounds etc. Will be using tub 12 months year. Want to plant something evergreen, climbing. Was thinking about Armandii snowdrift clematis- cause I love it and it loves me, but it is too messy with all the buds and flowers etc. Dont want to clog those jets. Anyother ideas for evergreen climbers that dont flower, Ivy is a little dull. Thanks so much everyone!!

All shed spent parts. Sunset Western Garden Book lists X Fatshedera under Plants for Swimming Pools but it is not self-clinging and needs some shade. Maybe you need some lath or a gazebo.

I agree with Ron. All plants will shed something. You will either have to keep the hot tub covered or use some type of shade cloth.
