Identification: Need help identifying this blooming plant

Can someone tell me the name of this plant? It's located in the building where I work. The owner has always called it "Mother's bleeding heart" but it is not like the outdoor bleeding heart plants I am familiar with.

I have finally managed to get a clipping to grow, after many unsuccessful tries. My new little plant even has tiny blossoms like this one.

Help on care of this plant would be great, too.

Oh my goodness! I have wanted to know what this plant is for nine years and you were able to tell me in less than an hour.

With the plant name and link you provided I should be able to keep my little starter plant healthy and growing.
