I'm not sure if this is the correct forum but I'm looking for information on calicarpia shrubs. I want to know if I could grow one in North Delta BC. I saw one a few years back growing at the side of the road near Cambie and fell in love with the beautiful purple berries but have not had much luck finding info on them which leads me to believe that they probably wouldn't do well here. Any comments?

Spellcheck: Callicarpa. That might make finding info easier!

Most full-sized garden centers stock them down here. In season at berry time, but should be able to find some during spring frenzy also.
