Could anyone identify these bugs which are all over my buds and leaves that are coming through on all four of my Acer's!
And what would be the best course of action treatment.I have initially tried washing them off but they are tough little so and so's plus too many buds to ensure 100% elimination?

They are not adults, I can see that much - otherwise I don't know.

Maybe from the homoptera order... don't know really, do they have chewing or sucking mouth parts?

From ol' google I have found some pictures that resemble your insect... but it is hard to tell. Do you think they may be aphids

Hi you remove 2/3 aphids and go to garden center near your country and ask to man one pesticide dedicate for this aphids or use one pesticide to large spectrum .

    Black Aphids. Try ladybugs.
