It's a Solanum; maybe S. mammosum, or possibly a Brugmansia. Without seeing flowers or fruit an exact ID will be quite difficult. Ron - Datura crossed my mind too, but the growth habit of this plant is wrong. Dats have a marked bilateral fractal growth pattern.
Someone on another site identified it as Datura;spiny pod on it. Thanks for the help and enjoy ya'll Sunday.
