ID Apple

    It's very difficult to ID apple cultivars. There are just too many and they are often quite similar. I doubt that anyone could do it from just photos, unless it was a very distinctive one.

    If you can make the UBC Apple Festival is coming up and there will be experts identifying apples there. You would need to bring in at least 6 apples. Pick from different areas on the tree and look for variety of sizes. Generally the ID'ers will need to look at various characteristics and cut a cross section to see the seed arrangement.
