    Hello,

This plant can can be found at river level along the Elbow River in Alberta, it can obviously survive under water and above. Haven't seen many of these someone had uprooted this one and covered it with rocks. I decided to try to help it carry on. The yellow flower appears although not completely open to have 5 petals, the leaves seam to be quite hardy thick and mint like. Can anyone tell me what it is?
