I'm a real newbie an this. But I need help. My fig is in a big pot in a sunny south facing spot. I've had it for a year now. The leaves were starting to turn yellow, so I watered it less. It isn't helping. Now leaves are falling and more are turning yellow. There seems to be no diseases or pests on it. What should I do? I don't want to lose it.

Potted ones seem to do this. I've never bothered to figure this out. Perhaps it's crowded roots. All the in-ground figs I have are a rich green color.

    Cheers, LPN.

I'm not sure how fast it will green up when planted out. It might not fully respond until next year.

    Cheers, LPN.
