I had thought it was a honey locust, but the leaves are fairly large. Could it be the golden rain tree? Thanks for the help!
Possibly a Robinia pseudoacacia specimen, the golden rain tree has differently shaped leaflets (and is bipinnate or semi-bipinnate).
In the first shot it looks to be Robinia pseudoacacia 'Frisia'. The golden rain produced by Koelreuteria paniculata is the spent flower petals, not the leaves, which are not yellow on healthy examples during the growing season.
