Really? That usually produces heads with more or less downward-angled rays on flower stems that branch from near the top of a non-branching main stalk.
This is certainly a Senecio species. I am not sure, however, whether this is Senecio jacobaea. Senecio can be rather tricky in Europe. You'd probably need a location (Bordeaux area?) and good images of the leaves and the involucral bracts.
