Hello my name is woody and it's my first on this site. I have a kwanzaa cherry tree and to my surprise beetles are eating up the leaves on my tree does anyone know of a spray or anything to prevent this?

I don't really know a lot about beetles but they are like green and brown.

Try looking up Japanese beetle on the internet to find out if that seems to be what they are. If so, control recommendations will appear with discussions of them - this insect is a hated pest in parts of North America. If it appears instead to be another species of beetle, see if you are able to gather specimens and take them to your nearest New York Cooperative Extension Service office for identification.

Thank you so much Ron B. I think I found a spray remedy from Bayer products, I googled japanese beetles. They have a ready to use spray I'm picking up today, thanks again for your help.
