I live in northeast Ohio. I have 3 of these trees that I would like to relocate. Can I move these trees in the spring? Also, how big do they get?

If you can manage to get a good proportion of roots for each and so forth you may be quite successful. Do it before the leaves expand. This is a full-sized tree in suitable climates, an example of this cultivar in France was over 100 feet tall at one point but trees even half that height may be rare in your area; none are fast growing so a towering specimen is never an immediate threat.
