I have a Bay Shrub in the yard that has a problem. Little webby things, also looks like aphid bodies laying around. Leafs are curled and are brown in areas. What might this be and how should I care for it?
Aphids would not make the leaves curl would they? Thank you!

If the shrub is in a dryish place, the problem could be spider mites. I'd say take a hose to it--use a hose-end sprayer with insecticidal soap in it.
