My guess is one of the solanaceae (tomato family) Could be ground cherries or tomallios or similar. These are the only ones that I know of that have the papery coverings your pic shows. Someone more knowledgeable will chime in and will give you more info. Be care full - some are edible and some are not. I certainly hope it is edible because you have a beautiful, healthy plant. barb
Looks like Cardiospermum sp. Possibly Cardiospermum grandiflorum. Common name Love in a puff!
