I recently moved to Central Texas. Climbing all over my fences and railings is a strange vine. The squirrel the lives in my back yard will not eat the red berries nor will the birds.

Does anyone recognize this plant? Is it a native plant, or an invasive species? Is it very toxic?

Thank you. That is the plant. It is very pretty to look at but chokes everything in it's path.
