Wildflowers: Help! Anyone out there able to help identify this Nettle-like plant?

    I am finding it hard to identify this nettle-like plant.

    It was growing next to a an old vegetable nursery in Pafos Cyprus on wasteland. The whole area was covered in this plant.

    I have no idea if it had a sting or irritant as I didn't like to test but it had these amazing ball-like flowers.

    Anyone able to recognise it? I would love to hear from you!
