Mystery tree in my yard

    I have a tree that I have been attempting to identify with little luck. It is growing intermingled with many other trees so I have done my best to direct the photos at it. Please help! Trying to figure out if I should cut down some of the other weed trees around it to let it grow.

    Probably a Pyracantha.

    Kinda looks like oleander to me... Has it bloomed?

    Where do you live? Far enough south for oleander to survive the winter?
