    Hello,

I would greatly appreciate your help with the identification of several of my plants.

    1. Don't know at all.
    2. I think it is Haworthia coarctata, but not entirely sure.
    3. One of Mammillarias, but I would like to know the exact name.
    4. Gymnocalicium? If yes, what is the exact name?
    5. I got this plant as a present. I had it for about 3 years by now, but it is only 6-8 inches tall, and grows extremely slow. When I re-potted it this spring, I noticed tiny, poppy seed-size knots on its roots. So, I assume it might have some symbiotic organisms associated with it. I would really like to identify this one, just to know how to best take care of it and what conditions it require to thrive.

Thank you very much in advance!

#5 looks like Podocarpus macrophyllus, Buddhist Pine.

Thank you very much. It would have taken me years to guess that plant on my own. I did not know that some non-leguminous plants also have symbiotic nitrofixation.
It seems that my Podocarpus is not very happy - it should be a pretty big plant. Hopefully, with your help, I'll be able to take a better care of it.
