What type of allium is this?

Hello.
I live in portugal and I took some photos in prague.
There is a plant that I can't identify


The flower was found on a small florest in prague at N 50° 03.696 E 014° 22.374

I would like to ask if is there anyone one this forum that can identify this wounderfull flower

I wonder if this is infact Echinops sp, rather than Allium.
Do you have a pic showing the leaves?

Unfortunelly I dont have a picture of the leaves, but I'm almost shure is Echinops bannaticus as a google search on this name reveled equal flowers.
