    Can you add any further pics of this plant?
    I think it is Rodgersia sp...but cannot be sure from this angle

    Agree that it is a Rodgersia, based partly on the leaves in the background. A little bit late for it to be flowering, though?

    I think it is going to seed.
    Saw one today that was at exactly this stage.
