Identification: Mystery plant/tree. Can anyone help me identify this plant?

    PIC 001.jpg Not sure what this plant actually is. Could anyone help me identify this and offer suggestions on propagation?

    are they all the same plant or 2 or 3 different ones??

    possibly yucca, possibly draceana

    3 pics 2 plants same type. Smaller one is doing well outside.

    1st and 3rd look more like draceana. the 2nd one more like yucca.

    both can be propogated by topping off and then planting the top piece and allowing the original piece to continue to grow - it'll sprout new leaves at the cut-point after a bit of time.
