Definetly something in the genus Coprinus. C. comatus is a very good guess.

Thought this possibly to be C. picaceus but after bouncing around form image to image and comparing it to C. comatus, I would say the others are correct in the identification of it being C. comatus. Quite a bit of resemblance between the two but I am sure close examination would reveal differences, especially in the appearance of the spores at high magnifications, I am assuming of course.

Looks like Coprinus Comatus to me too. Appear to be older specimens. The younger ones are a great edible.
