Help me someone! i got this coral bark - sangokaku - it was doing brilliantly well in spring. then later in summer - the top leaves - started to rot/curl and turn brown. what can be done to prevent this? by the way - sangokaku looks strikingly beautiful if planted in a charcoal house or a charcoal fence. because in winter the red bark blends in very well with the black colour. if i have a chance i will post a picture i saw in my street.
wow - you are right - my leaves are quite big... don't know why - but glad it was was big beacuse it looked beautiful. here's close up: is it because it is grown in a sunny position? i have another coral bark and left it in a shady position, and the leaves ended up really small.
