Unknown "tropical" tree in Naples Florida

    We have this tree with about twenty leaflets on each stem (photo attached) which produces curlque seed pods. The tree is about 35 feet tall. It is producing seed now Jan 07.

    I suggest you send your photo to Tom and Linda White at Zone Ten Nursery in Homestead, FL. Tom is a botanist for the State of Florida and very skilled at recognizing exotic trees. Their website is easily found on the net.
