Another tree from the Yucatan

    I don't know that this is native. The flowers are something I've seen before, but am failing to place. Thank you.

    Something in Rhamnaceae. Maybe Ziziphus mauritiana?

    Yes! Thank you. I see there's a Ziziphus yucatanensis, but it flowers in May and the inflorescence bears only 1- 2 flowers, whereas Z. mauritiana bears small clusters. Will keep an eye on the fruit as it develops.
