Creeper - Any Ideas?

    This is a dense, evergreen, spring-flowering groundcover that is also scrambling into the shrubs that shade it. I'm guessing it's something in the Convallariaceae, but maybe not. Any help would be appreciated.

    Could you pick a stem with leaves and take a photo of it? Or say which type of foliage in the photo belongs to the plant in question?

    All of foliage in the photos belongs to the plant in question. The flowers and foliage are all on the same plant. The lighter leaves are the new growth.
