Could this be Elaeagnus umbellata?

After seeing one a couple weeks ago in Vancouver, I'm looking for them more now. I was thinking this might be one, but the leaf venation looks a bit different than what I remember. Does anyone familiar with Elaeagnus know what this is?

Looks more like one of the evergreen species to me, maybe E. macrophylla or E. pungens?

Thanks Michael F, that looks more like it. Maybe E. Pungens 'Fruitlandii'?
