In my large rhubarb patch I have a few leaves that are showing signs of leaf spot (ascochyta). If I see any leaves developing these spots I naturally pull them off the plant in the patch. I am wondering if I should compost the leaves that have yellow spots or should I place them in the garbage. I am concerned about any fungus/disease in my compost transferring the next time I use the compost on other plants or vegs. Any advice is welcome. dt

I'd burn them, myself, or put them out in the trash.
