    Hello everyone,

In the office we have multiple plants and have recently noticed these annoying fruitlike flies flying around, they seem to be coming from my spider plant. How can I get rid of them, what can I use? I have recently repotted this plant with new soil.

Help before these little flies drive everyone nuts in the office LOL

water less often. fungus gnats are normally an indication that the soil is not drying sufficiently between waterings.

    Hi Jimmy,

Thanks for the response, the whole office has been swatting away at these tiny little no-see-em flies. I wasnt quite sure what they were called. I have the plant a misting of dish detergent mixed with water and havent seen any since. I have also placed one of those hand made jars with a cone like peice of paper in it with orange juice in the bottom of the jar so they can fly in but cant get out. I will keep everyone posted to see if this infact works.

    Cheers.
