Hi we have an apricot tree that bore a lot of fruit last year and this year has not shown any signs of bearing fruit this season. Can you tell why this might be?

It exhausted its reserves of energy producing a bumper crop, and now it is having a rest to recover. A very common occurrence with many different tree species.

Another possibility is that any flowers it had this spring could have been hit by a late frost.
