This plant has been at my office for who knows how long? I've been there for a year and it's puzzled me since I first arrived. It's in a 9" pot and the plant is about 26" tall. I already helped one office plant flourish after some simple care and now I've set my eyes on this one, but I don't know what it is in order for me to find info on it. Thanks!

Beaucarnea recurvata sold under the trade name "Ponytail Palm". No, it is not a palm. We have quite a bit of information about this plant in the "Caudiciform & Pachycaul Tree" forum. There is a culture guide, as well as further information in the photo gallery.
