British Columbia: Edgeworthia Chrsyantha Paperbush Health Help

Hello,
I am not an experienced plantsman. In 2001 I planted an Edgeworthia Chrysantha Paperbush. I have been told there is one in Patricia Dart's Garden which is about as big as mine. Approximately 12 feet by 10 feet. Recently some of it's leaf clusters have wilted and others have taken a yellow striped look with some dimpling. Others remail normal looking.
I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this as I would like to save it if at all possible. I live in White Rock, British Columbia.
