Two trees at my new house

    Hello All. I have two trees I need identified please. Central Texas area more precisely the Pflugerville area. I have three trees in my new front yard. Thank You all so very much for your help. Tree 1 (2 pics) , 2 (2 pics), 3 (2 pics).

    The third is a species of oak (can see the acorns). Maybe something like Texas live oak (Quercus fusiformis).

    To me 1 looks like Oak as well, could be a hybrid. Are there any acorns on the little tree?
