I have acquired a potted plant (from a previous tenant). It has leaves in groups of three, rhomboid I believe is the shape, edge ends in three to four tiny spines, stem is reddish in color. I would like to transplant it into my garden, but need to know what it is first. Don't want it taking over the house. I have attached photos. Thanks for any information someone can give.
