I have 5 strawberry trees. Started from the last season, in two of them, leaves on a branch become dark green, and then brown, and the whole branch dyes. The whole process takes around 7~10 days. The browned leaves stay on the branch. I have cut dry branches but did not help. In one of tree, it is so bad that the tree is now the 1/3 of original size and it is losing one of two main branches.

In these two trees there is a long crack on main branches close to the root, but I am not sure it is related, since the branch with a crack on it are ok for now.
I attached some pictures from different stages of process

I have not noticed any hole in the dead branch showing the bug activities. 2 ill trees are in 1~2m distance of each other , and they are not touching each other. There is another tree just about 1m away of one of ill trees (almost in touch with ill tree). The ill trees did not have any fruit this year.

    1) why my trees are suffering? how can i save them?
    2) how can i prevent the other trees to be affected?

    thanks alot
